After the collection, I process and prepare the specimens as required and personally deliver them to the appropriate laboratory or shipping location.

Each specimen is handled according to the specific requirements provided by the laboratory or testing provider.

When processing is required, I process the specimens in my vehicle and prepare them for delivery according to the applicable instructions

The Aeris service fee covers mobile specimen collection and related specimen handling and transport to the designated laboratory.

Laboratory testing, processing, and interpretation are separate and are performed and billed by the applicable laboratory or healthcare provider.

Aeris does not bill insurance directly. An itemized receipt may be provided upon request.
