At Aeris Phlebotomy Services, we strive to provide transparent pricing, clear service expectations, and professional mobile specimen collection services. The information below outlines additional service fees, optional add-on services, and appointment-related policies that may apply to certain appointments.

Additional Patient Pricing (Applicable to Mobile Blood Draw Services only)

Multiple patients scheduled at the same location and appointment time may qualify for reduced additional-patient pricing.

Additional Specialty Laboratory Kits

Specialty laboratory kits often require additional preparation, labeling, packaging, documentation review, and shipping requirements.

• First Kit: Standard Service Rate

• Additional Specialty Kits for the Same Patient: +$49.99 per kit

For appointments involving multiple patients, each patient's first specialty laboratory kit is billed at the standard service rate.

High-Volume Collection Fee

Collections requiring 12 or more blood tubes may be subject to a: +$24.99 High-Volume Collection Fee

This fee helps cover additional collection time, supplies, specimen handling, labeling, and processing requirements.

Optional Add-On Services

• Vital Signs Check +$19.99 Includes blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and temperature assessment.

• Blood Glucose Check +$9.99 Finger-stick blood glucose screening performed during the appointment.

• Finger-Prick Collection Assistance +$9.99 Assistance with dried blood spot cards, finger-prick collection kits, specimen labeling, and packaging according to laboratory instructions.

Specialty Kit Shipping Drop-Off Service Starting at $9.99

Available for specialty laboratory kits requiring shipment through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another designated shipping carrier.

Final pricing may vary based on service area, travel requirements, and shipping location.

Priority Scheduling Options

• After-Hours Appointment +$29.99

• Sunday Appointment +$39.99

• Last-Minute Appointment +$49.99 Applicable to appointments requested within 4 hours of the desired appointment time.

Return Visit Fee

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required laboratory kits, collection materials, physician orders, paperwork, frozen packs, and preparation requirements are available and completed prior to the scheduled appointment. If an additional appointment is required because necessary materials or preparation requirements were unavailable during the original visit: +$39.99 Return Visit Fee may apply.

Collection Attempts

Aeris Phlebotomy Services will make up to two venipuncture attempts per patient during a scheduled appointment.

Certain circumstances may require referral to a patient service center, laboratory draw site, infusion center, or healthcare facility when specimen collection cannot be safely or successfully completed.

If a specimen cannot be obtained after two venipuncture attempts due to difficult venous access or circumstances beyond the client's control, the client may be eligible for a 50% partial refund of the specimen collection service fee.

The 50% partial refund applies only to the specimen collection service fee. Travel fees, Additional Area Fees, specialty laboratory kit fees, shipping or carrier drop-off fees, priority scheduling fees, and optional add-on services are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility will be determined after review of the appointment and collection attempt documentation.
