Service Policies & Additional Fees
At Aeris Phlebotomy Services, we strive to provide transparent pricing, clear service expectations, and professional mobile specimen collection services. The information below outlines service fees, optional add-on services, and appointment-related policies that may apply to certain appointments.
Standard Mobile Lab Work — $99.99 per patient
Includes mobile specimen collection at the client's location with a valid laboratory order.
Laboratory testing fees are not included and are determined by the ordering laboratory or healthcare provider.
Up to two venipuncture attempts per patient.
Multiple Provider Lab Orders
When laboratory orders are issued by multiple healthcare providers, additional coordination, order review, specimen labeling, and collection requirements may apply.
First Provider/Lab Order: Included in the $99.99 service fee
Each Additional Provider/Lab Order: +$29.99 each
Specialty Laboratory Kit Collection
Specialty laboratory kit collection pricing is based on the number of specialty kits collected for the same patient during the same appointment.
1 Specialty Kit: $129.99
2 Specialty Kits: $199.99
3 Specialty Kits: $284.99
Pricing is per patient and applies to specialty kits collected during the same appointment.
Specialty kit collection includes required specimen collection, processing, centrifugation or specimen separation when required, labeling, packaging, and delivery according to the laboratory or kit provider's requirements.
Group pricing does not apply to Specialty Laboratory Kit Collection.
Specialty Kit Assistance & Specimen Handling
These fees apply when requested in connection with a specialty laboratory kit service.
Urine Kit Packing Assistance Only: +$14.99
Urine or Stool Packing Assistance + Drop-Off: +$24.99
Specimen Drop-Off Only: +$9.99
Packing assistance and specimen drop-off fees are additional services and are not included in the Specialty Laboratory Kit Collection fee.
If urine or stool collection is part of the first specialty laboratory kit, the required specimen handling is included as part of that kit's service.
Specimen Drop-Off Only applies when the specimen is already collected, properly labeled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the designated laboratory, UPS, FedEx, or other designated drop-off location.
Group Appointments — Standard Mobile Lab Work Only
Group pricing applies only to standard mobile lab work when multiple patients are scheduled at the same location and appointment time.
1 Patient: $99.99
Additional Patients (2–4): +$89.99 each
Additional Patients (5+): +$79.99 each
All patients must have valid laboratory orders from the same laboratory provider and must be seen at the same location during the same scheduled appointment.
Group pricing does not apply to Specialty Laboratory Kit Collection.
Contracted Provider & Facility Services
Special pricing may be available for healthcare providers, physicians, medical offices, employers, assisted living communities, healthcare facilities, and other organizations with an established service agreement with Aeris Phlebotomy Services.
Contract pricing may vary based on:
Patient volume
Frequency of service
Number of locations
Specimen collection requirements
Specialty laboratory kits
Scheduling requirements
Travel and service area
Contract pricing is available by agreement and is not automatically applied to individual or group appointments. Contracted providers and facilities may qualify for customized pricing under an established service agreement.
Specimen Pickup & Laboratory Drop-Off — $49.99
For urine or stool specimens that require Aeris Phlebotomy Services to pick up the specimen from the client and transport it to the designated laboratory, without blood collection.
This service is separate from Specialty Kit Packing Assistance and Specimen Drop-Off Only services.
Priority Scheduling Options
After-Hours Appointment: +$29.99
Sunday Appointment: +$39.99
Last-Minute Appointment: +$49.99
Last-minute appointments are requests made within four hours of the desired appointment time and are subject to availability.
Return Visit Fee — +$39.99
A Return Visit Fee may apply when an additional appointment is required because necessary materials or preparation requirements were unavailable or incomplete during the original appointment, including:
Required laboratory kits or collection materials
Physician or laboratory orders
Required paperwork
Frozen packs or other necessary specimen materials
Required preparation
No Return Visit Fee will apply when Aeris schedules a return visit solely because the initial collection could not be completed after two venipuncture attempts.
Applicable travel or other service fees may still apply to return visits.
Collection Attempts & Unsuccessful Collection
Aeris Phlebotomy Services will make up to two venipuncture attempts per patient during a scheduled collection.
If collection cannot be completed after two attempts, Aeris may recommend an appropriate laboratory draw site or healthcare facility.
If a specimen cannot be obtained after two attempts due to difficult venous access or circumstances beyond the client's control, the client may be eligible for a 50% partial refund of the specimen collection service fee. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the circumstances and appointment documentation.
The partial refund applies only to the specimen collection service fee. Travel fees, specialty kit fees, shipping or carrier drop-off fees, priority scheduling fees, optional add-on services, and other applicable fees are excluded from the partial refund.

Additional travel fees may apply based on service area, distance, travel time, and appointment requirements.

Blood Glucose Check: +$9.99
Finger-Prick Collection Assistance: +$9.99
Finger-Prick Collection Assistance + Drop-Off: +$19.99
Finger-prick collection assistance and drop-off services are subject to the requirements of the laboratory or specialty kit provider.
Important Information
Additional fees will be disclosed before scheduling whenever possible. Final pricing may vary depending on the requested service, service location, laboratory requirements, number of specimens, specialty collection requirements, shipping or delivery requirements, and appointment circumstances.
Laboratory testing fees are separate from Aeris Phlebotomy Services' collection and service fees. Laboratory testing, processing, and diagnostic interpretation are performed by the applicable laboratory or healthcare provider.
