Most specimens are delivered to Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp on the same day whenever possible. If laboratory locations are closed, eligible specimens may be stored according to laboratory guidelines and delivered on the next business day. Certain laboratory tests require immediate processing and cannot be held.

Billing Information
The fee paid to Aeris Phlebotomy Services covers the mobile blood draw, specimen collection, specimen handling, and delivery to Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp.
Laboratory testing and processing fees are billed separately by the performing laboratory.
Aeris Phlebotomy Services does not bill insurance directly. However, when applicable, we can provide your insurance information to the laboratory and provide you with an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

If multiple specialty laboratory kits are collected for the same patient during the same appointment, each additional kit is $69.99.
Each additional kit includes specimen collection (when required), processing, packaging, and preparation according to the laboratory's instructions.
For appointments involving multiple patients, each patient's first specialty laboratory kit is billed at the standard service rate.
High-Volume Collections
Collections requiring 12 or more blood tubes may be subject to a $24.99 High-Volume Collection Fee due to additional collection time, supplies, specimen handling, processing, and packaging requirements.

Clients are responsible for providing the specialty laboratory kit and ensuring that all required forms, patient information, and kit materials are completed before the appointment.
Any required urine, stool, saliva, dried blood spot, frozen specimens, or other self-collected samples should be prepared according to the laboratory's instructions before your scheduled visit.
If required specimens, kit materials, documentation, or preparation requirements are incomplete at the time of service, a $39.99 Return Visit Fee may apply if an additional appointment is required.
Most eligible specialty laboratory kits are shipped via FedEx on the same business day whenever possible. If FedEx services are unavailable or closed, specimens will be handled according to the laboratory's shipping requirements and shipped on the next eligible business day when appropriate.
