Pricing is per patient and applies to specialty kits collected during the same appointment.

Each package includes the required specimen collection, processing, packaging, and eligible UPS/FedEx drop-off according to laboratory requirements.

If urine or stool is included as part of the first specialty laboratory kit, it is included in the kit price.

For separate or additional specimen kits:

• Finger-Prick Collection Assitance: +9.99

• Finger-Prick Collection Assistance + Drop-Off: +19.99

• Urine kit packing assistance only: +$14.99

• Urine or stool packing assistance + UPS drop-off: +$24.99

• Specimen drop-off only: +$9.99

All specimen handling follows the laboratory and kit instructions.

Important: Some specialty laboratory kits can only be shipped on specific days, such as Monday through Thursday, depending on the laboratory's requirements.

The collection fee for each specialty kit includes transportation to UPS or FedEx for shipment when required.

Specimen drop-off without a collection is available as an additional service for $9.99.

Some kits may require patient-collected specimens such as urine, stool, saliva, dried blood spots, or frozen specimens. These must be collected and handled according to the laboratory's instructions.

If required materials or preparation are missing and another visit is necessary, a $39.99 Return Visit Fee may apply.

This service is for specialty laboratory kits. Standard Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, and similar routine laboratory orders should be requested under Mobile Blood Draw.

The specialty laboratory collection fee covers the mobile visit, specimen collection, processing, centrifugation or specimen separation when required, packaging, and transportation to UPS or FedEx for eligible laboratory shipments.

Laboratory testing, analysis, and interpretation fees are separate and determined by the laboratory or testing provider.

Aeris Phlebotomy Services does not bill insurance directly. An itemized receipt may be provided upon request.

Kit requirements vary by laboratory. Aeris follows the collection, processing, packaging, and shipping instructions provided with each kit.
