How the Testing Process Works

1. Order Your Lab Test
   Select and purchase your laboratory test through Aeris Phlebotomy.

2. Schedule Your Appointment
   After your purchase, Aeris Phlebotomy will coordinate your blood draw appointment.

3. Sample Collection
   A certified phlebotomist from Aeris Phlebotomy will collect your blood sample. This test requires a simple serum blood sample.

4. Laboratory Processing
   Your sample will be properly prepared and shipped to a CLIA-certified laboratory for analysis.

5. Receive Your Results
   Laboratory results are typically available within 10–14 business days after the laboratory receives your sample.

Shipping & Appointment Scheduling

After your purchase, the laboratory test kit will be ordered and shipped. Most kits arrive within 1–7 business days.

Once the kit has arrived, Aeris Phlebotomy will contact you to schedule your mobile blood draw appointment. Your blood sample will then be collected and prepared for shipment to the laboratory.

This process ensures that your appointment is scheduled when the test kit is available and ready for collection.
