How It Works
Getting your lab tests through Aeris Phlebotomy Services is simple and convenient. We help you access available laboratory testing options and provide mobile blood collection services when eligible.
Choose Your Lab Tests: Browse our available blood test panels or contact us to inquire about a specific laboratory test.
Complete Your Purchase: Once your requested tests are confirmed as available, we'll provide payment instructions. After your payment is received, Aeris will arrange your laboratory test order.
Receive Your Lab Order: We'll email you your laboratory order and instructions for your visit. Review the information carefully and follow any preparation requirements for your selected tests.
Visit a Laboratory Near You: Take your lab order to an eligible participating laboratory location near you. Laboratory availability may vary depending on the tests purchased and your location.
Receive Your Lab Results: Your laboratory results are typically available within 3–4 business days after your testing is completed. Turnaround times may vary depending on the tests ordered and laboratory processing. Aeris Phlebotomy Services does not diagnose medical conditions or interpret laboratory results. Please consult your healthcare provider to review and discuss your results.
Prefer a Blood Draw at Home?
If you're located in Greenville, South Carolina, or a surrounding service area, you may request mobile blood collection through Aeris Phlebotomy Services for an additional fee. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Mobile collection must be confirmed in advance and is subject to test requirements.
